We're looking for a senior Enterprise Architect to shape the future of Core Banking and Payments at scale driving transformation across one of the most critical domains in financial services.
What you'll do:
- Own the Core Banking & Payments targetstate architecture, aligned to BIAN, and translate business strategy into executable architecture roadmaps.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to modernise platforms, rationalise applications, and reduce legacy technical debt.
- Lead target operating model design across Core Banking and Payments (experience in Wealth, Digital, or Insurance is a plus).
- Drive enterprisewide alignment through capability models, heat maps, and architecture governance.
- Ensure solutions meet nextgen enterprise needscloud, APIs, AI, resilience, and scalability.
- Stay ahead of global banking and payments trends, turning insights into real business impact.

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in Core Banking & Payments architecture (mandatory).
- Proven background in enterprise / business architecture, target state design, and operating models.
- Solid grounding in TOGAF, BIAN, ArchiMate, with exposure to regional regulatory frameworks (MAS TRM, BNM RMiT, etc.).
- Ability to engage confidently with Clevel, business, and technology stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; Master's degree or professional chartered qualifications in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Markets (CA, CB, CFA, CMT) are a strength.
- Typically brings 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, including at least 5 years leading core banking and/or payments architecture within financial services.
- We are particularly interested in senior architects who have shaped modernization strategies, led large-scale transformations, and influenced C-suite decisions in these domains.
- Demonstrated track record in core banking replacement, payments modernization, and large-scale business architecture initiatives that align with enterprise-wide strategic transformation and technology objectives.
