Role Description

The Event Executive will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging on-ground and virtual events. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating vendors and suppliers, preparing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution. The role also involves tracking event outcomes and implementing feedback for improvement. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility of some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Vendor Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting, Resource Allocation, and Timeline Management
  • Knowledge of Branding, Marketing Campaigns, and Promotional Strategies
  • Effective Communication, Organization, and Multitasking Skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in event management or a related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software relevant to event planning and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
