Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx web parts and extensions)
Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL Server
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Lead technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices
Establish and maintain governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform
Design and implement workflows that support audit processes, including approvals, audit trails, and document control
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint development
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Proven experience developing solutions using SPFx (JavaScript / TypeScript / React)
Experience with API integrations (REST APIs, Microsoft Graph)
Experience integrating cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g., SQL Server, data gateway)
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online administration (sites, permissions, content management)
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong analytical and solution design skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail, especially in handling structured and sensitive data

Added Advantage

Experience working in audit, finance, or compliance-driven environments
Understanding of audit workflows, documentation control, and regulatory requirements
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)
Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environment strategy)
