SENIOR EXEC / ASSISTANT MANAGER – CYBERSECURITY & IT INFRASTRUCTURE

Job Overview: The incumbent will assist the Head of IT in managing Cyber Security, IT Security, and Infrastructure across NewParadigm Securities. Responsibilities include overseeing first-level support, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and managing policies, budgets, and audits.

Job Responsibilities

Implement and monitor IT security measures to ensure compliance.

Manage IT security incidents, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing.

Oversee IT infrastructure security and recommend improvements.

Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity awareness.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in IT security & team management.

Expertise in security solutions (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, etc.).

Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST, and regulatory standards.

Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
