Both headcounts are supporting the Operations Department, support daily operations by coordinating activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and collaborating with internal teams and external parties to achieve operational efficiency.

1x LMW Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics activities with suppliers, customers, warehouse, production, and sales teams.
- Prepare customs and shipping documents, including LMW, subcontracting, and import/export documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and authorities to ensure smooth shipment clearance and delivery.
- Monitor inventory, stock movements, and delivery schedules to support operational needs.
- Track shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and prepare logistics-related reports.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics data in ERP/SAP systems.
- Support audits, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
Requirements:
- Diploma/or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably with LMW exposure.
- Familiar with Malaysian customs procedures, import/export documentation, and MITI requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate well while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
1x Production Planner
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, tools, and consumables to support daily operations.
- Check and prepare production work orders, including BOM, routing, and tooling requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors for outsourcing activities and urgent orders.
- Support internal teams and sales colleagues on production planning and order-related matters.
- Maintain production documents such as certificates, reports, and related records.
- Review production performance and support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in production planning, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn with a positive working attitude.
