About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages installers and vendor coordination, including site assessments, installation scheduling, and order follow-ups to ensure smooth home charging deployment.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining on-time delivery and minimizing troubleshooting turnaround time.
• Manages home charging accounts and financial processes, including dealer collections and vendor payments.
• Prepares charging solution materials for internal teams, dealers, and sales assistants.
• Supports implementation of home charging sales strategies, including OEM benchmarking.
• Analyses dealer and vendor performance data to support sales forecasting and objectives.
• Completes ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
