The ideal candidate has strong sales instincts, relationship-building skills, and experience engaging with Financial Institutions, GLCs, Government Agencies, Fintech companies, and large corporations. Exposure to CCRIS, litigation data, trade credit information, or business intelligence solutions is an advantage, especially for those familiar with CRA-related services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities with Financial Institutions, GLCs, Government Agencies, Fintech companies, and local conglomerates.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts, from lead generation through to closing and onboarding.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth handover to internal teams for implementation.
Strategic Account Sales & Growth
- Manage and expand existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Monitor account performance, transaction volumes, and usage trends to uncover growth potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within client organizations from operational teams to senior management.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and responses to RFPs.
Sales Promotion & Market Feedback
- Actively promote new and existing products and services to target clients.
- Provide client and market feedback to support product development and sales strategy enhancement.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings, industry trends, and regulatory developments to strengthen sales positioning.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and account retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, operations, delivery, and finance) to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Support collections efforts by coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve client issues professionally and promptly, maintaining client trust and confidence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B, Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and account revenue growth.
- Excellent sales presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
