Job Purpose
To support and execute alumni solutions and advancement initiatives by enhancing alumni platforms and CRM capabilities, driving digital engagement, lifelong learning, alumni contribution and recognition programmes, process improvements, fundraising and digital giving campaigns, donor stewardship, and strategic partnerships in support of UTP's institutional mission.
Key Accountabilities:
Alumni Solutions & Digital Engagement
- Support the enhancement and optimisation of alumni platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to improve alumni engagement and experience.
- Coordinate the implementation of digital engagement initiatives that strengthen alumni participation and connectivity.
- Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Lifelong Learning & Alumni Value Creation
- Support the implementation of lifelong learning initiatives that promote continuous professional and personal development among alumni.
- Coordinate alumni rewards, recognition and value-added programmes to enhance the alumni experience.
- Assist in identifying and facilitating learning and engagement opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
Advancement & Philanthropic Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising, digital giving and advancement initiatives to strengthen philanthropic contributions.
- Coordinate donor stewardship, recognition and engagement activities to foster sustainable relationships.
- Assist in implementing alumni contribution programmes that encourage alumni participation, giving and volunteerism.
Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives
- Support the coordination of strategic partnerships that contribute to alumni engagement and advancement objectives.
- Assist in the implementation of special projects and initiatives that create value for the alumni community.
- Provide administrative and operational support for advancement-related programmes and collaborative initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Operational Support
- Monitor and track programme performance, fundraising outcomes and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate with the Executive (Data Analyst & Systems) to support reporting and data-informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations and updates to support management review and continuous improvement.
Qualification & Experience:
- Recognised Bachelor's Degree (or Master's Degree) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Business, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, CRM systems, platform development, system integration, digital transformation, business process improvement, process automation, or related fields.
- Experience supporting alumni relations, fundraising campaigns, donor engagement or advancement activities is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
