Role Description
The Senior Executive Application and Licensing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting applications and documents for licensing and compliance processes, managing correspondences with regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely renewals and approvals of required permits. The role involves maintaining accurate records, staying updated with industry regulations, and providing support to internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance in operational and project-related activities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, and documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with regulatory bodies and internal teams.
- Preferred knowledge of the solar technologies and renewable energy sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, proactively manage responsibilities, and solve problems efficiently.
