We're Hiring: Market Intelligence & Growth Executive

At Ditrolic Energy, we are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded individual who enjoys uncovering new business opportunities, building relationships, and turning market insights into real growth.

This is not a role for someone who only prepares reports. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, digitally savvy, and excited to identify opportunities before others do. About the Role

As part of our Market Intelligence & Growth function, you will support Ditrolic Energy's business growth by identifying new customers, generating qualified leads, developing strategic partnerships, and providing market intelligence across our renewable energy portfolio, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Corporate Green Power Programmes (CRESS), SELCO Solutions, and emerging energy solutions.

This role contributes directly to revenue growth by creating business opportunities and expanding the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Development

• Monitor renewable energy market trends, regulations, tariffs, and industry developments.

• Identify high-potential industries, customers, and business opportunities.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategies.

• Provide actionable market insights and recommendations to management.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong prospect database.

• Identify target customers for Solar PV, BESS, CRESS, SELCO, and new energy solutions.

• Support the Business Development team in creating new sales opportunities.

• Track lead generation activities and conversion performance.

Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and engage potential partners such as developers, consultants, ESCOs, EPC contractors, technology providers, industry associations, and key market influencers.

• Develop partnerships that create new business opportunities and market access.

• Support strategic collaboration initiatives to accelerate growth.

Commercial & Marketing Support

• Support the preparation of commercial proposals and customer presentations.

• Coordinate customer engagement activities, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Generate leads through marketing campaigns and industry engagements.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Maintain lead generation and market intelligence dashboards.

• Monitor pipeline value, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

• Prepare monthly management reports with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, sales, or commercial roles.

• Experience in renewable energy, energy services, infrastructure, technology, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
