Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or related disciplines.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, M&A, transaction advisory or a related field.
Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or in investment banking is preferred.
A CFA charter, or ongoing progress towards the CFA, would be a slight added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word; VBA or other Excel add-ins an advantage.
Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and apply knowledge to different situations.
Experience in the power, utilities or broader energy sector an advantage.
Meticulous, attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
