Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and organized marketing professional to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new product launches, variants, and seasonal editions from planning to execution
- Coordinate product development activities and manage launch timelines
- Assist with product pricing, launch calendars, and product lifecycle planning
- Prepare marketing presentations, product decks, and sales materials
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and on-ground channels
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors on marketing materials
- Track marketing budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing
- Analyze consumer feedback and sales data to support marketing decisions
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management
- Experience supporting product launches is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills
- Creative, analytical, and well-organized
