Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and organized marketing professional to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product launches, variants, and seasonal editions from planning to execution
  • Coordinate product development activities and manage launch timelines
  • Assist with product pricing, launch calendars, and product lifecycle planning
  • Prepare marketing presentations, product decks, and sales materials
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and on-ground channels
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors on marketing materials
  • Track marketing budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing
  • Analyze consumer feedback and sales data to support marketing decisions
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management
  • Experience supporting product launches is an advantage
  • Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills
  • Creative, analytical, and well-organized
