- Perform daily reconciliations for client accounts, cash accounts, and bank/payment clearing activities.
- Assist the Department Head in overseeing day-to-day operations, staff performance, coaching, and on-the-job training to uplift team capability.
- Serve as second-line support in managing operational issues in the absence of direct supervisors and proactively resolve complaints, enquiries, or process gaps.
- Participate in or lead system-related initiatives including UAT, system enhancements, new system setups, and project implementation to ensure timely go-live with minimal post-launch issues.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, service providers, and regulators to support new products, services, and regulatory changes, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency operations, preferably covering Unit Trust and PRS products.
- Hands-on knowledge of TA processes, reconciliations, payment flows, and operational controls within an asset management or financial services environment.
- Experience performing checker/authoriser roles and supporting junior staff in BAU operations.
- Exposure to system UAT, system enhancements, or operational projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and articulate operational issues clearly.
- Demonstrates ownership, learning agility, and willingness to go the extra mile during critical periods.
Why Join Maybank Asset Management
