Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programmes and initiatives.
  • Assist in market benchmarking and data compilation for salary and benefits review exercises and participate in market surveys (e.g. Mercer).
  • Assist in annual performance review exercises and the the preparation of salary increment, bonus and promotion proposals.
  • Assist in the development of salary structures and compensation frameworks to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
  • Support the review and administration of employee benefits and welfare programmes.
  • Continuously review and enhance performance management systems to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including career development planning and succession planning.
  • Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
  • Maintain records related to compensation structures, benefits programmes and HR policies.
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programmes aimed at enhancing employee experience and workplace engagement.
  • Provide operational support for HR initiatives and projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in compensation & benefits support
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
