Lead of Building Construction Product (BCP)
- Develop and execute sales strategies for BCP to achieve market share (PINS) target with profitable.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Identify new market opportunities within construction, agriculture, government, and others.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales reps to strengthen BCP sales focus.
- Collaborate with marketing, costing, aftersales, product support, and logistics.
- Developed and executed marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
Key Account and Tender
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and act as the main contact point for key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales reps to win the deals.
- Identify and participate in tenders across private and government sectors throughout Malaysia.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Lead pricing, package offers, and value-added services in tender submissions.
- Monitor and follow up on collections to achieve on time payments
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years machinery industry, automation industry or similar industry with minimum 3 years sales/key account experience
- Knowledge of Machine/Automation mechanical aspects
- Tender preparation and experience will be an added advantage
