Job Description

Position Objective

This role is responsible for independently driving business process analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives. The Senior Executive will act as a key liaison between business units and support functions, ensuring process efficiency, governance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis & Optimisation

  • Lead end-to-end analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
  • Perform data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Benchmark processes against industry best practices and recommend enhancements.

2. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather insights, align priorities, and drive consensus.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units on process improvements and operational efficiency.

3. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for system enhancements or process redesign.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions.

4. Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead or support process improvement and transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify project risks, propose mitigation plans, and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Proactively identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation of processes.
  • Support implementation of technology solutions (e.g., workflow tools, system enhancements).
  • Drive change management and ensure effective adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes.

6. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
  • Establish and track process performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor effectiveness.
  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in businessadministration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives or projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with workflow design tools (e.g. Figma, Draw.io) is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
