Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Senior Executive located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, pitches and presentations, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients
• Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations and solutions
• Develop campaigns, proposals and pitches
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations
• Ensure project delivery meets client expectations and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project and retainer progress and results to clients

Qualifications

• Demonstrated client services and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• 3 - 5 years experience in delivering pitches, presentations and managing client accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years experience in the agency, marketing and advertising industry is a PLUS
• Ability to read and write Chinese is a MUST
