Senior Executive, Clinical Services Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Executive, Clinical Services Development to support the planning, development, and implementation of strategic clinical services initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and expansion of clinical services and healthcare programs.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review and decision-making.
• Track project milestones and monitor implementation progress of clinical service initiatives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary departments including Nursing, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Finance, Legal, Medical Records, and Logistics.
• Act as secretariat for departmental meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure proper management of department data and maintain compliance with organizational policies and data governance requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare Management, Finance (MIS), or related disciplines.
• Candidates with clinical backgrounds such as Medical or Nursing qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• 2 to 4 years of working experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related environment.
• Experience in healthcare project management, clinical operations, service development, or strategic planning will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
