Job Summary

The CoE Standards & Training - Senior Executive plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing learning and development initiatives that support employee capability building and organizational effectiveness across international warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and ensuring the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

The position acts as a key partner to operations, HR, and management teams by translating business requirements into practical training solutions, supporting onboarding programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across diverse and cross-cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and support in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align training programs with operational and business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, user guides, and job aids.
  • Facilitate and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to support operational excellence.
  • Support onboarding programs by developing structured onboarding content that introduces company policies, culture, and job expectations.
  • Coordinate with HR and department managers to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous improvement based on feedback.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage, track, and optimize training initiatives and participation records.
  • Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness and content accuracy.
  • Ensure training programs comply with HRD Corp requirements and support funding eligibility where applicable.
  • Ability to design effective training slides and learning materials that simplify complex operational processes and enhance learner understanding.
  • Establish training KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance analysis.
  • Continuously review and improve training programs to meet evolving business and operational needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, or HR-related roles.
  • Experience in developing and managing structured onboarding programs.
  • Strong knowledge of training material design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) with strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure training impact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business and learning requirements.
