Job Description

  • Responsible for coordination and execution of comprehensive communication programs across all phases of the e-Tanah project, including implementation, promotion, and stakeholder briefings, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee and execute the planning activities for change management, encompassing communication management, stakeholder engagement, and change impact assessments.

  • Oversee all aspects of event management, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination.

  • Oversee the creation and deployment of marketing, communication, publishing, and service support materials, ensuring alignment with the corporate image and brand identity. This includes content tailored for various platforms such as social media, websites, communication materials, and news content, at both project implementation and operational stages.

  • Conduct readiness assessments, make decisions, make recommendations, and present findings in a logical, effective, and easily understandable manner.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to generate positive coverage and manage media inquiries.

  • Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, preparing key executives for media interviews and public appearances.

Handle ad-hoc dutiesinstructed by Superior.
