Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers.

Conduct face-to-face meetings presentation with clients to understand their needs and

present appropriate solutions.

Prepare proposal, promote and sell the companys products/services to meet sales targets.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Provide market feedback, trends, and competitor insights to the sales and marketing team.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches as needed.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (13 years preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferably able to speak and read in Mandarin to communicate effectively.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.

Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:

Extensive fieldwork and travel to client sites.
