Senior Executive, Customer Service (Mandarin Speaking)

Location: KL Eco City | Salary: Up to RM 6,500

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Senior Executive to join our insurance team. You will be the go-to expert for handling complex inquiries regarding General Insurance (GI) and Life Insurance products.

What We Need:

Language: Must be proficient in Mandarin (to serve our premium clientele).

Experience: Proven background in the Insurance industry (GI & Life).

Status: Permanent position.
