Job Description
Data Maintenance & Processing:
- Properly kept data and records for accessibility.
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Optimize data structure and processor to ensure report automation.
- Ensure data and information security.
Provide Report and Presentation:
- Understand data and requirements needed from organization.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Display and visualise data and information so that it is easy to understand.
- Provide ongoing reports for management to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Communication:
- Communicate and explain the result being generated.
Technical Assist, Support & Training:
- Provide basic technical training.
- Giving advice and support for technical needs.

Academic Audit:
- Provide support in data collection and documentation for academic a activities.
- Assist in data analysis and consolidation of audit results for reportin.

- Perform a good communication routine with all staff of LISB.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistic, Information Technology or other related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis or reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and committed to professional integrity
