Support and manage bank's strategic initiatives i.e. brand activation, CSR and flagship programmes.
Manage content marketing creation for social media to support Group wide brand initiative campaigns
Develop overarching social media strategy for brand and campaign in both owned and paid media
Monitor and report brand sentiment in digital /social space and community management.
Management of internal and external creative and marketing agency team and vendors by building innovative and scalable creative concept, compelling marketing messaging and ground breaking brand/marketing activation campaign align with business and marketing objective
Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into compelling brand experience by delivering engaging and impactful brand activation to elevate the brand
Maintain, upkeep and update bank brand assets such as logo, brand guide, talent renewals for ad campaigns including brand trademark and registration
Work with the respective LOBs and marketing to review and provide input on their marketing communication materials for ATL,BTL and digital by ensuring its aligned with the Bank's brand narratives and corporate identity
Develop marketing communication strategy for brand and flagship programme align with marketing and business objective
Work closely with communication, marketing, digital marketing and website team to identify appropriate media and messaging to ensure top of mind , audience relevance and drive brand stickiness
Develop brand activation and social media campaign relevant to consumer and target segment of the bank
Execution of concepts into various media formats from online to offline or on ground activation
Manage and supervise external agencies including media agency, social media, adaptation agencies, production agency, event management to execute campaign and ensure its meeting the timeline and budget
Day-to-day Publication & Communication Material review for external communication
Lead, motivate and develop skills of team members focusing on growing areas of strength, assigning accountability and empowering them to do their best job.
What we need from you:
a)Experience
At least 4 years experience in digital marketing specializes in performance marketing and social media management OR product marketing.
b)Skills
Good with numbers, strong data analytic. Able to drive & provide insights from data analysis.
Analytical minded with great problem solving skills.
Excellent in communication & presentation skills.
Able to multitask, meet short deadline and thrive in fast paced digital marketing planning & execution.

c) Knowledge
Experience in working with digital media agency is an advantage.
