Responsibilities
Prepare investor communications: quarterly earnings decks, press releases, annual reports, investor factsheets, and FAQs.
Coordinate and support investor briefings, analyst calls, roadshows, and meetings with fund managers and institutional stakeholders.
Monitor market sentiment, competitor performance, and investor feedback to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Support ESG and sustainability disclosure initiatives, including integrated reporting and Bursa Malaysia compliance.
Maintain and update the investor database, website IR section, and corporate presentation materials.
Liaise with company secretary, finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure accurate disclosures and regulatory compliance.
Draft Q&A, talking points, and briefing documents for leadership engagement with analysts and investors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or financial communications.
Solid understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and investor expectations.
Strong writing, data interpretation, and presentation skills.
High integrity, discretion, and confidence in handling sensitive financial information.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin is a plus to support business communication needs.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, TCFD, Bursa Malaysia's Sustainability Reporting Guide) is advantageous.
