We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior /E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. This role is key to optimizing our digital storefront, driving revenue, improving user experience, and collaborating cross-functionally to execute impactful e-commerce strategies across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Shop & Product Management
- Manage product uploads, order forecasting, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
- Regularly update product listings in line with seasonal changes, market trends, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure accuracy and functionality of product content, navigation, and links across all platforms.
Revenue & Conversion Optimization
- Drive revenue through enhancements to store design, product display, and user experience optimization.
- Build and implement category-specific strategies for pricing, promotion, and assortment to maximize conversion, basket size, and repeat purchases.
- Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of market trends and ensure competitive pricing.
Campaign & Promotion Planning
- Collaborate with Brand and Buyer teams to plan yearly and monthly promotional campaigns, aligned with brand strategy.
- Plan & Manage deals, vouchers, discounts, and barter promotions on marketplace platforms to increase exposure and traffic.
Content & Merchandising
- Coordinate with the design team to develop web graphics and merchandising assets that align with international best practices.
- Identify high-converting content through trend and performance analysis; plan portal content accordingly.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators weekly (sales, traffic, conversion rate, repeat/new purchases).
- Perform ongoing data analysis (sales, product performance, shop visits, etc.) to drive strategic adjustments.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and campaign execution.
- Support improvements in web and mobile user experiences across platforms.
Digital Marketing Support
- Partner with Digital Marketing team to develop and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, etc.).
- Use analytics and retargeting tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify target audiences and optimize acquisition efforts.
Customer & Operational Insight
- Investigate customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and recommend operational improvements.
Others Support:
- Perform other related duties and assignment as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 35 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, skincare, or consumer goods.
- Proven experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable and experienced in managing multibrand and multiplatform operations.
- Working cross-functionally and performing effectively in fast-paced environments.
