What You'll Be Doing
- Execute our full suite of events from initial concept to final breakdown, including managing budgets and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every work plan and event calendar is on track.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure we get the best quality and value.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to find ways we can level up and stay ahead of industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in events management.
- Familiarity with event software and tools is a definite plus.
- You are a self-motivated team player with top-notch communication skills and the ability to work independently.
