Overview
This role will be responsible to provides comprehensive executive support and operational oversight by managing departmental finances, regulatory liaison with BNM, fixed asset procurement, and the execution of key employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistance
Provide high-level support to the Executive by overseeing private logistics (automotive, property, insurance, medical), managing complex calendars, and coordinating all travel and accommodation arrangements.
Financial, Budgetary & Asset Oversight
Manage the full financial lifecycle, including OPEX/CAPEX, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets this includes tracking financial records, procuring fixed assets, and maintaining the department staff listing.
Regulatory Liaison & Strategic Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) on administrative requirements and act as a central hub for information flow between executives, employees, and external partners (HLFG, HLG) while distributing crucial updates and organizing engagement activities like townhalls.
Office Administration & Facility Management
Ensure seamless daily operations by managing office equipment, stationery, and new hire setups, while overseeing general repairs, building maintenance (chargeman liaison), and the cleanliness of work areas and public spaces.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in business related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Strong communication and MS Office skills to effectively manage correspondence and professional documentation.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality.
