Roles and Responsibilities
As Senior Executive/Executive in Talent & Organizational Development (OD) at ComfortDelGro Group, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Management & OD, to nurture the next generation of leaders and drive high-impact initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enable transformation, and support business strategy execution. The role requires a strong interest in talent management and organizational development practices, complemented by HR Business Partner experience to understand business needs and deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions. You will collaborate with the Group HR team, Business Unit HRBPs, and business leaders to shape culture, develop talent, and enhance organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights, learning interventions, change-management support, and engagement initiatives.
- Employee Engagement Survey Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end process for employee engagement surveys:
- Implement the communication plan (email campaigns, intranet announcements, FAQs) to drive participation and transparency.
- Coordinate survey administration: schedule launch and reminders, troubleshoot issues, and monitor response rates.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data; prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards for HR leadership and business units.
- Support follow-up activities: track progress on action plans, communicate updates to employees, and plan pulse checks or subsequent surveys as needed.
- Internal HR Communications
- Develop and implement communication materials and information kits for HR programmes and activities, ensuring messages are clear and targeted. Examples include:
- Presentation decks and email campaigns announcing programme launches, timelines, and outcomes
- Intranet pages with programme details, resources, and success stories
- Supporting collateral such as infographics, FAQs, and playbooks.
- Yearly HR Report Card / Newsletter
- Coordinate with Group Corporate Communications to ensure all materials align with corporate identity and branding.
- Monitor communication effectiveness (e.g., open rates, stakeholder feedback) and refine messaging strategies accordingly.
- Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external providers (e.g., Qualtrics, assessment-tool vendors, training consultants) to ensure quality delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Data, Measurement & Reporting
- Track key metrics—such as participation rates, satisfaction scores, development outcomes, and engagement survey response rates—and prepare periodic reports for Senior Management.
- Use survey tools or analytics platforms to gauge programme and engagement impact, present findings with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Resource Management
o Assist in budgeting for Talent & OD and engagement initiatives, covering communication materials, and related expenses.
- Process Documentation & Optimization
- Document and standardize core processes (e.g., nomination workflows, programme calendars, survey administration timelines) to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks—such as reminder emails, report generation, or survey follow-ups—and collaborate with IT or systems teams to implement solutions.
- Ad Hoc Projects & Support
- Support the Group HR team on additional projects or initiatives as needed, providing expertise in Talent & OD, internal communications, and engagement best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar
- Minimum 3 - 6 years relevant experience in roles such as Human Resource Business Partner, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Human Resource Generalist etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly; proficient in data analysis
- Experience with programs like Qualtrics/Glint/CultureAmp will be an advantage.
