To meet service standard for payment set by the department.
To ensure accuracy, quality, completeness and timeliness of work.
To ensure all payments, submissions to authorities and journals are properly supported, accurately prepared and completed within the deadline set.
To maintain good relationship and communication with other depts/branches by resolving problems promptly. Able to manage various stakeholders and conflicts (if any).
Able to handle multiple tasks by applying effective time management and planning.
To participate in payment related projects, including but not limited to process improvements, regulatory requirements, new products launches, and complete these assignments per requirements.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Payment and Head of Finance.
Flexibility to be assigned to other functional areas in Finance for new knowledge and skills acquisition.
Compliance with Finance Operation Manual and Companys policies.
