Company Description Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd is the sole franchisee for Baskin-Robbins in Malaysia and Singapore, bringing the world-famous ice cream brand to local communities since 1988. Baskin-Robbins, founded in 1945, is known globally for its creativity, with more than 1,000 ice cream flavors and a wide range of treats. As part of the Dunkin Brands Group family, the brand benefits from strong international support and proven retail expertise. Over the years, Golden Scoop has grown substantially and is now well established in both Malaysia & Singapore, offering opportunities to contribute to a recognized and expanding regional business.

Role Description

The Senior Executive, Food Aggregator & Marketplace, MY & SG is a full-time, on-site role based in MidValley, KL.

1.    Delivery Platform & Marketplace Management

●       Initiate, plan and develop promo calendar to drive sales for Baskin Robbins.

●       Manage day-to-day operations across food delivery platforms and online marketplaces.

●       Plan, coordinate and manage campaign execution from start to end, on-time: from creating sales offer and projection, GP sense check, briefing & memos to internal and external team for execution, reviewing creative campaign collaterals, media buy & plans, UAT of promo codes / menu, launching campaign, monitoring to ensure business KPI is met, and generating post campaign insights.

●       Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery platform account managers and strategic partners.

●       Coordinate new store onboarding, store activation, and platform expansion initiatives.

●       Ensure platform compliance with agreed commercial and operational standards.Work closely with operations & IT / digital agency team & 3rd party vendors to ensure campaigns are smooth running, as well as food aggregator partners for creative execution and media buying.

●       Continuous measurement and optimization on sales & transaction by reviewing data from various sources (internal sales, aggregator merchant portals, marketplace dashboards, Media buying performance etc.).

●       Monitor closely competitor products/ services/ pricing on various food aggregator & marketplace platforms, campaigns and market trends to identify current and future opportunities.

2. Partnership & Internal Stakeholder Management

●       Maintain good working relationship with internal & external stakeholders to ensure brand is always top of mind for collaboration, co-funding & support.

●       Evaluate commercial proposals to ensure they deliver positive business outcomes and align with company objectives.

●       Communicate / interact the online business plan to all operational departments and business units (i.e Marketing, Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Logistics).

●       Work with MIS/POS/3rd party vendors to maintain and update product information in online channels from time to time.

●       Provide regular updates and performance reporting to management.

Manage issue escalation and work proactively with partners to resolve operational challenges

3.Generate meaningful campaign analysis and learnings

● Consistently keep track and monitor metrics (ad performance, store visits, visit to purchase conversions, new to brand users,, ticket average, channel contribution, overall sales uplift etc).

● Build on learnings and drive improvements to what's proven to have worked for future applications.

● Identify issues and problematic areas or bottlenecks as part of learnings.

● Constantly evaluate and monitor platform profitability to ensure channels contribute healthily to overall system growth.

● Monitor key operational indicators including:

o Offline Rate

o Preparation time

o Customer ratings

o Order accuracy

o Cancellarion Rate

● Work with Operations teams to improve service levels and customer experience.

4.Manage Food Aggregator/Marketplace menu 

● Ensure menus, pricing, product descriptions, images, modifiers, and promotional mechanics are accurately reflected across all platforms.

● Review menu assortment and recommend optimization based on sales performance, profitability, and operational feasibility.

● Manage product menu briefing, visual presentation, meta data across own channel for all campaigns including tactical campaigns, recurring campaigns, new launches etc.

● Proactively communicate key launch dates with stakeholders from different cross functional teams including 3rd party vendors

● Maintain consistency across digital storefronts while adapting offerings to suit platform-specific customer behavior.

Qualifications and Experience

●   Holds a Degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience and 1 year in Partnerships / Ecommerce online sales.
