To keep food street operations running smoothly to create a positive atmosphere for customers
Manage daily food street activities and supervise staff to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

Key Responsibilities

Operation Management
Ensure high stall occupancy and manage tenant contracts.
Manage daily food street activities and supervise staff to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
Oversee stock ordering and inventory control to maintain optimal supply levels and minimize waste.
Tenant Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for all food street's tenants.
Ensure tenants comply with food safety and operational standards.
Resolve conflicts or issues between tenants.
Customer Service
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively
Financial Management
Drive financial performance and manage the overall atmosphere and efficiency of the food Street.
Oversee stock ordering and inventory control to maintain optimal supply levels and minimize waste.
Support Accounts department in collection of rents from tenants if require.

Key Requirements

WORK LOCATION: JOHOR BAHRU CITY SQUARE MALL

Possess a minimum of Diploma qualification or Degree in Hospitality, Retailing and Property Management or equivalent.
5 years experience in F&B, retail or similar capacity within a shopping centre or property leasing would be an added advantage.
Strong and good networking within the F&B industry.
Knowledge and understanding of the shopping mall industry and market knowledge of retail performance and trends.
A team player and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application.
Preferably with car license or minimum motorcycle license B2.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
