Your Mission
- Assist/lead in planning and administration of review assignments to achieve review objectives.
- Assist in developing annual review plans.
- Analyse and identify key risks and develop appropriate review programmes and tests for superior's review and approval.
- Conduct preliminary assessment of reviewable areas, interview appropriate personnel, determine data requirement; accumulate, verify and analyse data, observe actual practices and evaluate operational function.
- Identify causes of lapses and weaknesses, investigate, analyse and identify possible solutions or avenue for improvement and recommend best practices.
- Communicate with superior on progress of work assigned. In cases where review could not be completed in time, superior should be informed immediately so that timing could be revised.
- Communicate with clients at appropriate level on findings and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and instructions to review team members and review their work so as to ensure that review assignments are conducted efficiently within allocated time and cost/budget.
- Ensure working papers are properly organized and documented in TeamMate+.
- Assist in/conduct entrance and exit meetings.
- Prepare draft review reports with appropriate recommendations for superior's review.
- Assist in finalizing the final reports, as well as carrying out any other work assignments requested by superiors.
- Assist in follow up review to ensure recommendations have been implemented by clients.
- Ensure logistics arrangements for reviews are done.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients.
Ideal candidate
- Relevant tertiary education (minimum Bachelor's Degree), in any discipline, preferably in the related field.
- Professional qualifications (CIA, MIA, IIA, ACCA, etc.).
- Mininmum 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with Applied-Strategic Thinking, Auditing Techniques & Reporting, Data Collection & Analysis, Forensic Skills & Acumen, Governance, Control & Risk Application & Management, Stakeholder Management, Audit Assignment Management.
