Senior Executive Group Legal

Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Executive Group Legalto manage and oversee all legal matters of the organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring full regulatory compliance, protecting the company's interests, and providing sound legal advice to management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
• Work closely with management at all levels and maintain effective working relationships.
• Liaise with internal and external legal counsel on matters including litigation, conveyancing, corporate, contractual, and compliance issues.
• Lead and advise on compliance matters, particularly under thePDPA, Competition Act, Financial Services Act, Companies Act, and related regulations.
• Provide legal support and solutions to operational and business issues as they arise.
• Handle legal correspondence with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Lawfrom a recognised university and admitted to theMalaysian Bar.
• 3-5 years of experiences, preferably gained inIN-HOUSE LEGALpractice.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in regulatory and compliance matters.
• Strong exposure toCORPORATE LAW.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and legal drafting skills.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly inMicrosoft Office.
• Proficient inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
