This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives while driving people strategies, supporting business transformation, and managing day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Provide advisory on organizational structure, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Align HR initiatives with overall business objectives and transformation agenda.
Business Transformation & Change Management
- Support and drive transformation initiatives such as restructuring, process improvements, and workforce optimization.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of business changes.
- Partner with leadership to manage workforce transitions effectively.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee and industrial relations matters including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers on handling people-related matters.
- Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
HR daily operations & Governance
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned business unit.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure proper HR documentation, reporting, and governance practices.
- Any other ad hoc assignment as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role or with exposure across multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in business transformation is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing and able to travel / be mobile across different work locations as required by the business.
