Job Description

This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives while driving people strategies, supporting business transformation, and managing day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.
  • Provide advisory on organizational structure, workforce planning, and capability development.
  • Align HR initiatives with overall business objectives and transformation agenda.

Business Transformation & Change Management

  • Support and drive transformation initiatives such as restructuring, process improvements, and workforce optimization.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of business changes.
  • Partner with leadership to manage workforce transitions effectively.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling people-related matters.
  • Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals.

HR daily operations & Governance

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
  • Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned business unit.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure proper HR documentation, reporting, and governance practices.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role or with exposure across multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in business transformation is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing and able to travel / be mobile across different work locations as required by the business.
