Job Description

Job Purpose

To enhance employee experience by managing onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and training coordination, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workforce Administration

  • Manage administrative matters for local employees, foreign workers management, and expatriates management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and proper documentation requirements.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Facilitate smooth employee integration and alignment with company culture and values.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage employee confirmation, retirement, and status changes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in HR systems.

4. Training & Development Coordination

  • Coordinate training programs, learning initiatives, and development activities.
  • Support internal frameworks such as Job Ready and Job Expert programs.
  • Track and evaluate training participation and effectiveness.

5. HR Programs & Culture

  • Drive and support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of employee experience programs.

6. Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and CSR programs.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and monitor action plans for improvement.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture to enhance overall employee experience.

7. Employee Welfare & Support

  • Administer employee welfare programs and support services.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

8. Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the manager to support business needs

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
  • Experience in managing onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Exposure to handling local employees, foreign workers, and expatriate administration is preferred.
  • Experience in organizing employee events, welfare programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and HR documentation management.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong customer service orientation.
