Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive People & Culture to join our Retail segment at IOI Mall Kulai. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth by ensuring strong HR operational excellence and fostering a positive employee experience across the mall's workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare & report headcount report, organisation chart & turnover report to ensure timeliness of report submitted to People & Culture Business Partner (BP) /HOD.
- As administer to have consistent HR pocesses (e.g. processing staff confirmation, transfer, resignation, exit interview etc) and practices in partnership with BU/Department(s).
- To coordinate, interview and control the recruitment process for BU/Department(s) to meet manpower and business needs to ensure timeliness of recruitment
- To investigate, advise, manage and follow up any employee grievances or conflict, and provide counselling/ coaching to employees when required. Partner with Group People & Culture if needed.
- To plan and execute on matters pertaining to employee relations/employee engagement to ensure workplace harmony and general productivity.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3-5 years working experience in HR field with strength in human resources processes.
- Experience as generalist and people manager is added advantage
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening skills
