  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in driving HR policies and decisions.
  • Manage training and development programs to ensure continuous growth and skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts, providing effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR management role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
