Job Summary
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations;
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, claims, OT, and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS;
- Manage and oversee staff benefit claims and payroll-related allowances, including staff lunch, meal claim, petrol allowance, overtime, and other employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and confidential files;
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing candidates, onboarding, and offboarding;
- Prepare employment letters, HR documents, contracts of service, and related documentation for employees and agents.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Assist in employee/agents engagement initiatives and internal HR coordination.
- Support company expansion plans, branch operations, and organizational development initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on payroll experience, preferably in a service provider industry.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions independently;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
