Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Oversee payroll administration, employee records, HRIS maintenance, and statutory compliance matters, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including counseling, grievance management, misconduct investigations, warning letters, and termination processes.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and ISO-related documentation to support organizational effectiveness.
Lead compensation, benefits, insurance, and employee welfare programs while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
Supervise and mentor HR & Administration team members, provide HR business partnering support to department heads, and prepare HR reports, analytics, and ad hoc projects as required by management.
Job Requirement
sBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
.Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-spectrum Human Resources role
.Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, industrial relations practices, payroll administration, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.)
.Proven experience in employee relations, disciplinary management, HR operations, and policy implementation
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage
.High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
