About the Role
This role i.e. Senior Executive will primarily be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company's talent acquisition needs. This role also provides support in selected HR operational functions including payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR administration to ensure smooth HR operations
What You'll Own
- Manage Full Cycle Recruitment : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employer Branding : Promote EVP through social media and job ads. Increase company's brand awareness in career portal.
- End to End Payroll Processing : Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing for a small-sized organization
- Provide general HR administrative and operational support, including handling HR documentation and undertaking additional tasks or duties as assigned when required.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR Experience
- Experience in Full Cycle Recruitment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
