Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for leading and coordinating day-to-day HR functions across the organization. This role involves managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management processes, and employee lifecycle activities. The Senior Executive HR will develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures that support compliance, fair practices, and a positive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities include handling employee relations matters, advising managers on HR best practices, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to workforce planning and organizational growth.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to design and oversee core HR programs.
  • Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data management.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, counseling, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Capability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support legal compliance and organizational consistency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to design and construction or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive HR initiatives that support organizational performance.
