Job Scope
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, which include recruitment & selection, salary/payroll administration, training and development, industrial relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matter.
- To assist in overseeing all matters relating to office management to ensure effective utilization of the resources.
- To assist in the review and implementation of the systems and processes of the department.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly / annual evaluation).
- Conduct orientation for new join.
- To handle and develop process of recruitment and selection.
- To prepare reports as directed by immediate superior for management review and decision making.
- To liaise with the government bodies on all statutory requirement and monthly payment submission such as EPF/SOCSO/EIS/Income tax.
- To access the needs and develop effective HR policies and procedure in line with company's business direction and operations.
- To handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues.
- Ability to plan and manage the resources to cope with the changing demand and requirements.
- Ability to work pro-actively in accordance with policies and procedure to archive documentation quality as specific.
- Ensure the procurement process is relevant with the RBA and ISO 9001 procedure, assist in Audit process.
- Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
- Strong coordination between main office/site office and Headquarters.
- To understand any related duties as might be required by management, from time to time.
Requirement
- At least 5–7 years of full HR spectrum experience, with the ability to work independently.
Salary: Up to RM7,000 (Stretchable depending on experience)
