We're looking to add a Senior Executive, Human Resource in Penang. The position is based in our Penang site (Batu Kawan / Bayan Lepas)

l: Responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions while partnering closely with management and employees to support business objectives. This role serves as a key link between employees and management, ensuring effective people practices, compliance with employment regulations, talent development, and a positive workplace culture.   • ion.Partner with department heads and management to support business objectives through effective HR strategies and people management initiati
  • ves.Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to address workforce requirements and organizational ne
  • eds.Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboard
  • ing.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future manpower requireme
  • nts.Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and offboarding proces
  • ses.Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely man
  • ner.Handle disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, counseling sessions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor l
  • aws.Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, team-building activities, and company events to foster a positive work cult
  • ure.Coordinate and administer performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, and performance improvement pl
  • ans.Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee competencies and career gro
  • wth.Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including medical, insurance, and statutory benef
  • its.Ensure compliance with Employment Act, labor regulations, company policies, and statutory requireme
  • nts.Liaise with government agencies and statutory bodies including EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS, HRD Corp, and Labour Departm
  • ent.Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, turnover reports, manpower statistics, and management upda
  • tes.Review, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practi
  • ces.Drive HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiven

Education and Experie

  • nce: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discip
  • line.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administra
  • tion.Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor regulations, HR best practices, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applicat
  • ions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build effective working relationships with employees and stakeholders at all le
  • vels.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide HR support across various departments within the organiza
  • tion.Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong initiative in managing HR mat
