Support overall HR functions and daily HR operations
Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory training programs.
Manage training calendars, attendance tracking, evaluation, and all documentation including HRDC applications and claims.
Coordinate with internal trainers or external training providers to ensure effective program delivery.
Support employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs across shifts and locations.
Manage foreign workerrelated matters including permit renewals and disciplinary issues.
To assist in development and on-going improvement of HR policies and procedures according to local legislation and regional guidelines.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and exit processes.
Support HR reporting and analysis for management.
Participate in and handle compliance audits, including customer audits, ISO audits, and internal audits, ensuring timely documentation and corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 24 years of hands on HR experience. Experience in a logistics environment will be an added advantage.
Legal knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees.
Character: Strong integrity, positive attitude, good work ethics, and the ability to work well with people.
