Job Description

SUMMARY

As an Senior Executive, Media Implementation & Buying, you're responsible for executing approved media schedules, managing media bookings, and coordinating with vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. This role works closely with the Planning team and media partners to ensure seamless campaign implementation, resolve operational issues, manage campaign documentation and invoicing, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while handling multiple campaigns independently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute media schedules across assigned markets, ensuring campaigns are implemented accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate closely with the Planning team to translate approved media plans into seamless campaign execution.
  • Liaise with media vendors and partners to secure placements, confirm bookings, and ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements.
  • Manage media bookings, monitor campaign implementation, and resolve any scheduling, placement, or billing discrepancies proactively.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and follow up with media vendors to ensure agreed placements are fulfilled according to plan.
  • Manage campaign budgets by ensuring accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and timely submission of proof of placements and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of media bookings, negotiations, credits, and campaign documentation.
  • Support the team in estimating, updating, and maintaining broadcast ratings and other campaign-related data where required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with media vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth campaign execution.
  • Handle more complex campaigns or accounts independently while providing guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
  • Assist the supervisor with process improvements and take on additional responsibilities or ad hoc projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in media implementation, media buying, campaign operations, or a similar role, preferably within a media agency.
  • Strong understanding of media buying processes, campaign implementation, and media operations.
  • Experience coordinating with media vendors and managing campaign bookings across multiple media channels.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to manage budgets, invoicing, and reconciliations accurately.
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to resolve operational issues efficiently.
