Job Description

GROUP HUMAN CAPITAL(GHC), CHANCELLERY

KEY ROLES

Strategize and coordinate industrial relations and employment matters in line with companys policies, SOPs, guidelines, IR best practices and labour law to ensure industrial harmony within organization.
Strategize and coordinate employee relations and engagement activities to ensure high motivation and satisfaction of employees.
Develop and recommend HR Policies, SOPs, guidelines and ensure their implementation and compliance.
Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Oversee communication channels such as : email / announcement/ monthly new letters etc.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction and engagement.
Conduct survey to gather feedback and assess employee sentiment and implement changes based on employee feedback.
Stay informed about local, state & national labor laws & regulations and to ensure organizational policies align with current legal requirements.
Investigate grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure record of disciplinary cases is updated and involve in preparing any letters related to IR such as show cause letter, stern & warning letter, and termination letter.
To plan & develop employee relation programs related to employment, disciplinary action, and conflict resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent
At least 4 years working experience in related field
Knowledgeable in managing Human Resource Management which cover Industrial Relation and Employee Relation and Employee Engagement
Sound knowledge and understanding in Labour Laws & Regulation ie: Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act
  • Employee Provident Fund Act 1991, and Employee Social Security Act 1969.
    Extensive experience in industrial relations, collective bargaining & dispute resolution
    Strong knowledge of labor law & regulations
    Possess strong problem solving abilities with high level of integrity and professionalism
    Excellent in communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    Good analytical skills and result oriented
    Able to travel whenever required
