We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Senior Executive IT to support the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems across HQ and cloud environments. The role involves managing network infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity controls, and supporting critical IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & System Management
- Serve as Level 2 technical support for hosting and on-premise infrastructure operations.
- Ensure the stability and performance of network, cloud, and IT infrastructure systems.
- Plan and implement controlled upgrades, fixes, and configuration management for infrastructure services.
- Design, review, and recommend improvements to network and system architectures for HQ and cloud hosting environments.
Network, Security & Monitoring
- Proactively identify and resolve network and infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Ensure proper IT security and cybersecurity controls for core systems in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Implement proactive monitoring and incident response protocols to improve system reliability.
- Conduct annual security testing and disaster recovery drills for critical systems.
Collaboration & IT Operations
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for IT infrastructure equipment repair, purchase, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to analyze requirements and develop IT solutions.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior IT team members when necessary.
- Support additional IT projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (Networking / Cybersecurity) or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure or network operations.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, Network+, Security+, AWS, or Azure are an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network infrastructure, cloud systems, and IT security.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
