Functional
- Implement products strategy and business plans cover online & offline channel to achieve Unit Trust financial targets
- Conduct fund due diligence and product evaluation with the Fund Manager for on-boarding unit trust funds
- Manage business relationship with asset managers and internal stakeholders including HLB SG, with the objective of securing quality products, in compliance to regulatory requirement and internal guidelines
- Collaborate with Wealth Marketing team to formulate product marketing strategy in driving Unit Trust business
- Provide feedback on research developments in the local financial services market place
- Implement appropriate rules and guidelines to ensure all internal and external, legal, compliance and risk management requirements are met
- Collaborate with Investment Counsellor to ensure frontline undergo formal initial and on-going formal training requirements
- Responsible for product program and policies update by improving sales process as well as fulfilling regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Wealth project team in providing user requirement specification for system enhancement by improving customer experience, productivity as well as fulfilling regulatory requirements
Organizational
- Build up banks Unit Trust products Fee Income
- Build up banks Unit Trust AUM
- Build up banks Unit Trust products sales
Education/Qualification
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or a related field
- Possess professional investment related certification will be added advantage
Experience
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Financial/Investment field.
- Strong interpersonal skills- Personable, approachable, collaborative
Skills
- Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Words
