SENIOR EXECUTIVE, IT/MIS (INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORK OPS)

About the role

As the IT/MIS Infrastructure & Network, you are responsible for ensuring stable, high-quality IT infrastructure and IT security services for the companies and its businesses as per Centre of Competence (CoC) structure. Your role is vital in maintaining optimized day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and upholding the highest standards across all IT Infrastructure, IT Security & Information Security activities.

These include:

• Oversee all IT infrastructure including client devices, servers, networking, equipment, cabling, and data centre, ensuring compliance with NIST frameworks.
• Manage daily IT operations aligned with ITIL standards (incident, change, patch, and asset management; network and data centre administration; vendor and continuity management).
• Lead and support IT infrastructure, IT Security & Information Security projects, including initiatives driven by business needs or the central IT team (CoC).
• Act as the local liaison for IT Infrastructure, IT Security & Information Security topics.
• Provide backup support for both frontend and backend IT operations when required.
• Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
2. 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and support.
3. Solid knowledge of computing systems, hardware, networks and enterprise applications.
4. Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows clients, Active Directory and Intune.
5. Proficient in Windows managed patching, Cisco networking, and Azure.
6. Experience with VMware, server provisioning (dev/test/prod).
7. Strong documentation and vendor management skills.
8. Ability to manage tight timelines and ensure IT security & compliance.
9. Responsible, unwavering integrity, team player is a must.
10. Skilled in infrastructure components including:

• Firewalls (Cisco ASA), IPS, VPNs, Proxy, NAC (Cisco ISE), VoIP (Cisco/Avaya).
• Network protocols (VLAN, STP, LACP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
• Backup systems (Veeam), SAN storage including disaster recovery.
